Join us for a monthly, MEMBERS ONLY, informal meetup to connect, exchange ideas, solve problems and share knowledge. The goal of these online meetups is to connect our community and share ideas and knowledge. The meetups are exclusively for TMG members and everyone is welcome to bring a question or topic to discuss as a group. There won’t be any speakers or formal presentations—just honest, casual conversation. If you have a burning topic that you'd like discussed, drop us a line (hello@techmarketers.co.nz) and one of our facilitators will make sure it's covered.

Why we’re doing this

Recently, the TMG Executives got together to talk about our goals and direction. As part of this, we took a step back and reminded ourselves why TMG was created. 

Just over 10 years ago, a small group of tech marketers met regularly to share ideas, discuss challenges, and support and inspire each other over lunch. As the numbers around the table increased, this group realised there was a need for more collaboration and conversation among the wider tech marketing community. This led to the creation of TMG.

Since then, TMG has grown significantly. However, connecting, supporting and inspiring tech marketers is still our number one priority. 

We’ve been thinking a lot about how we can do that even better, and we all agreed to bring back those informal meetups from the early days. Since TMG has grown beyond Auckland, we’re doing it online this time so tech marketers from all over New Zealand can connect. 

Starting in July, every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 12pm, we will get together for 45 minutes of unstructured conversations and discussion.
